We guarantee that all orders are shipped in plain packaging, and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." You can safely have a shipment sent to your home or work address.
Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be processed within 1 business day and shipped within 3-4 business days after processing. Some special order items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. In-stock items will be shipped once located in stock, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For inquiries about item availability, please contact one of our representatives through live chat or email.
Delivery Time: After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow this time before tracking your package.
Rush Orders: All rush order packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number, allowing you to track the location and the exact arrival date of your package(s). Due to constant market changes, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacturer, you will not be charged for the backorder item until it is ready for shipment. We will either send you an email with notification of your backorder items or include a backorder notification message on your invoice. If you would like an estimated shipping date, please email us at sales@asrrss.com. Back orders from the manufacturer usually take approximately 1-3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.
All times mentioned below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days after the package leaves our warehouse; it is not a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply to all orders. If you order items that are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we can ship your order.
Standard Free Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground/First Class service. Please allow 7-14 full business days for your order to be delivered.
2-3 Day Select Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-3 Day Select shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after leaving the warehouse.
Express Delivery Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. Please refer to the shipping charge below for rates. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day after leaving our warehouse.
